I went here because it was the only dentist in my area which my insurance covered. I am a young adult who was very poorly neglected by my parents growing up ( only ever taken to the dentist once my whole life) upon meeting the dentist he seemed caring but then totally humiliated me to to point of crying in front of my boyfriend, barrading me about how long since I had been to the dentist! I was a child! I had no control over our financial situation, I was the kid that went to bed hungry every night. I never had insurance before visiting Dr malmon. It felt dehumanizing.Dr malmon was Very rough with me during my cleaning, ignoring several of my SCREAMS to STOP until I had to physically remove his hand from my mouth. Stupidly I had to come back for a root canal after this. Being he is the only dentist in my area that accepts my HMO. Long story short during the process a drill bit was dropped into my mouth. Their billing list was from the previous year trying to over bill me.the front desk woman was impossible to deal with. When I called my instance in their office they told me to find another provider immediately because Dr mal is not using correct price list ie: purposely trying to rip me off. After I get home I coughed up a "post"

About Front Desk: Rude. Not willing to abide by or listen to the insurance company telling them their price list is out dated! Provided older price list which is more $$$$ in their pocket. I hope they lost their HMO money I reported this to blue sheild in the office as it was happening

About Hygienist: Rough. Non understanding of childhood neglect. Careless in work. Doesn't care about patients only money. Dropped drill bits and posts into my mouth/throat
