Staff is friendly, offices very upscale, he's a marketing genius - patients treated like cattle. Getting them in and getting them out and seeing as many as humanly possible is the way he runs his "business". Basically your teeth are in the care of one of his 20-25 or so "assistants". He doesn't even put the braces on! (He inspects the work). You see Dr. Schroeder only when it's time to buy more services. He is very nice and professional but unfortunately he is more committed to "face time" in the community than "face time" with his patients. We have never been to another orthodontist so maybe they are all this way? We were afraid to leave in the middle of treatment, but next time we are looking elsewhere.
