They have terrible office hours for kids who are in school and need to go there every six weeks for orthodontic treatments. They don't care that kids have to miss school. My son's wire broke off and they couldn't see him for five days after. As a consequence the broken wire was embedded in his cheek tissue and caused major irritation.
