I'm not sure if someone was having a bad day when they wrote their review of Dr. Crain, but I used him for my braces as an adult 17 years ago & have been so pleased that we went back to him for our daughter. She had jaw issues and started seeing him when she was 8 yrs old. She is now 15, has her braces off and has an amazing smile with no issues at all. We travel 45 minutes one way to have the experience & talent of Dr. Crain. He is very detailed and honest with his treatments & we also found him to be compatible in price. One of the biggest things he stresses is the importance of us doing our part when it comes to braces. You may have to stop eating certain foods you like (we gave up gum,carmel & popcorn), brush and floss after every time you eat, and when you get your braces off you must always wear your retainer the way he tells you so you can keep the smile you have both worked so hard to create. I'm 40 yrs old and still wear my retainer daily. Dr. Crain is kind & very experienced in his field. We would highly recommend his services! The staff is great & everyone works together. We continue to follow his instructions & we get compliments all the time. We will always trust Dr. Crain and his crew with our smiles!
