My child had braces put on by this office 2 years ago. The staff were friendly when they explained your portion of fees and you signed the dotted line. But after that, they no longer went out of their way. For the amount of money being paid for the braces, one would think the Orthodontist would come speak to you and give you an update on how things were progressing. The Orthodontist never came out to give an update. Seemed like the only thing this office really cared about was MONEY. We finished up with our orthodontics at another office because of lack of communication. I, personally, would not recommend them.
