My son is a patient of Dr. Lindsay and we defintely will select another orthodontist for my other children. When we had concerns about his treatment, Dr. Lindsay is unable to communicate and explain anything to us. Either she's shy or she doen't know what she's doing. Also, I just called to reschedule my son's appointment and they're making us postpone it a month. When I asked the receptionist named Maryann, would this affect his teeth? She said of course...what kind of reply is that??! Anyhow, she stated that in the summers, the office closes at 3, the dentist is on vacation, and tons of other excuses and that's just the way it is. Unfortunately, my son's treatment is prepaid and it's too expensive to change to another orthodontist.
