I have been going to Dr. W. Bonham Magness and Dr. Marc Magness since I am in grade school. Recently I called back to make an appointment regarding some recent changes in my smile and it seemed as though the front desk hadn't fixed a billing mistake from years ago. The charge was not very high not to mention that the bill had already been paid and resolved with the front desk 4 years ago. The woman working the front desk told me that the Dr. Marc Magness was too busy to discuss the matter with her or me and that I should wait till my appointment to discuss. Not wanting this mishap to continue as I thought 4 years was enough, I asked if we could try to discuss it before the appointment. Again, she told me that she and the doctor were so busy that they wouldn't have five mins to resolve the "unpaid" bill in the three days leading up to the appointment. She was very rude and the customer service was extremely poor.
