Dr. Magness himself is a very nice man, but I've had no end of trouble from his office staff. They're cold and condescending and very unapologetic about the difficulties their rigid scheduling impose on patients (retainers can ONLY come off in the mornings; closed Fridays, etc.). I'll be glad to see the back of them.
