The doctor was very blunt, obviously did not want my case. He told me that he didn't think he could help me and told me I should seek another opinion. He seemed cantankerous and rude. I was very surprised considering I researched this doctor before I scheduled my consultation. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a dentist.
About Front Desk: The lady working the reception desk was very nice and pleasant.
