Dr. Marshall's office is incompetent with their treatment of financial contracts. Beware!
Nightmare of epic proportions after our divorce getting the debt transferred into my ex-husband's name. Didn't happen, even though there was a court order with the ex's signature accepting the debt as his and a judge assigning the debt to him. Be VERY careful who you have sign for dental services, for not even a court order will change it with Dr. Marshall's office.
I am currently having to sue Dr. Marshall's office to get my ex's late payments off my credit report. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
