Dr. Phillips office is filled with caring, helpful individuals, starting at the front desk, and finishing with the dental assistants. They are always professional, helpful and smiling. The office is roomy, clean and has nice bathroom facilities. My daughter is Deaf, and Dr. Phillips always goes out of his way to make sure she understands what is happening next, even though he does not sign. The staff always makes us feel good about being there. They keep us well-informed of future procedures, and offer helpful suggestions to get through some of the painful moments that are necessary in orthodontic work. My daughter has gone from a 12 year old embarrased by her smile, to a social butterfly thanks to Dr. Phillips. Thanks for making a difference in my kids' life...even if she is a Medicaid patient.
