Dr. Lyles is very talented doctor, but his office staff leave much to be desired. The payment and insurance people, Jan and Maureen can not get anything correct. I was told the wrong amount that my insurance would cover, even after double checking it myself. Their on-line billing system never did send me a bill, yet they tried to charge me "$10.00" late fee for not paying a bill I never received. My advise to Dr. Lyles, get rid of your staff and start over.
