I was using Dr Carter for a few years. The cleanliness, service, bedside manner, etc gradually declined over time. He makes the customer pay before the insurance company pays their part, then reimburses them. I had an issue with my service and he blamed me rather than taking responsibility for the problem and it was clearly his error. He forgot about an appointment that he scheduled and raced around trying to make a temporary cap which should have been done already. Would not recommend him to anyone.
