My daughter is a patient of this orthodontist. We always arrived on time, but also had to wait for half an hour at least each time too. Every time she gets a different dental assistant who seems to have very little experience and isn't familiar with the patient. Mr Ghatri spends no more than a few minutes looking at her mouth. Overall the experience is very unpleasant and painful for my daughter. This office lacks professionalism. I would never use Dr. Ghatri again, nor recommend him to anyone who is interested in good quality service or professionalism.
