I thought the process was very affordable and Dr. Albinder seems pleasant enough although I hardly ever see him. When someone does speak to me (usually an administration person, not a doctor of hygienist) they assume that I understand how braces work and that I know the difference between a brace and a bracket - then get impatient when I ask questions - this happened twice.
The glass jar, coffee stand and neatly displayed mags are a nightmare for those of us with small children. The front area is generally not very kid-friendly at all.
That aside...my 11.5 yr old daughter is into her second year wearing braces and is enjoying her experience. No problems there at all.
