Dr. Albinder seems like a very nice man, however, the treatment offered was rarely explained. There was a 3 month gap where they never followed up with us. When I made the appointment, nothing was told to me of her status - as there never is.
Whoever handles the incoming patients (sets up payment plans, talks about treatment) is just awful. She is pushy and makes you feel like you don't understand a thing. And, if you don't she is irritated at having to explain anything to you. I truly believe she may feel she is affective, but it comes off as patronizing and insincere.
At one point the orthodontist said that a treatment really might no work and there was no guarantee. When he walked out of the room she insisted that this treatment was something my daughter had to do. It was very disconcerting - the whole experience.
We paid our remaining balance and are now going with Dr. Klar.
