I found Dr. Yanagi at my dental insurance website. Dr. Yanagi is always professional and gets job done although she sometimes seems too busy to communicate with patience. Ive had a crown done by her on one of the upper right back teeth, and it looks nice and all with the white porcelain. But I think it is a little too loose that food gets in there very easily. Ive never had this kind of problem with the tooth before, but since then I really have to floss the back tooth almost after every meal. I often find a chunk of food debris from the tooth. The receptionists are nice and friendly, but they dont really have any room for consultation. I had a lot to do for my teeth, and I really needed to be informed about how, when and for how much it will be. But I had to talk to the receptionist/consultant about it over the counter, where other patients were present. Almost everyone there speaks Spanish, and there are a lot of Latino patients since it is located in the Latino district of San Francisco. Id recommend Dr. Yanagi if you are just getting a check up or something minor. Because of my experience with the crown, I wouldnt recommend her for major procedures.
