Two of my children have been going since she opened practice. recently we were told my son had a cavity in a baby tooth and it must be taken care of right away to avoid dmage to permanent tooth. The problem: they can't schedule us until three of four months down the road. Of course they offer a "preferrence list" othewise known as "on-call" and if the care of the child was important to us we would be more accomadating to them and their scheduling problems. I expressed my concerns that the practice/business has changed since they were first open and the front desk clerk explained that they have many patience now and they really feel the are able to take care of existing patience. She explained to me several times that they are in demand because the doctor was a peds doc and that was very rare in town. I asked if they would put a cap on # of patience and she states no. By the way i never did hear from the doctor, regarding my son waiting 3 or 4 months for tooth repair, since they can not provide service. i guess she is just too busy making $ to deal with patience. I guess it's true, $ does change people.
You make a choice a doc that cares about patience or overbooks for the $. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
