Wonderful atmosphere for kids!! They need to, imo, listen a bit more, but mostly they are fantastic.. The office is terrific! No question. The murals on the walls should be seen; I was amazed. The office staff are sweet, kind, and very efficient. The dental staff can be a bit bullish in their opinions, and I think they need to listen a bit more. However, they are the best I've seen with kids in Tucson. I'm a mom of 6, and I'm VERY glad I've found them for my kids.
If they take your insurance, I doubt you'll ever have a billing issue. Booking is a breeze, they usually get you in when you need, and easily manage emergency bookings. Even with the few issues I've had with them, I have to in all honesty endorse the office completely. Nobody is perfect, but they come pretty close. I am lucky enough to have insurance so their cost for me is great.
