dr. aghakani was very accomodating to my children. the receptionist needs to be a little more receptive to the parents and children. the receptionist is the first person the children see when they walk in, and if the receptionist isn't very inviting that sets the tone for the children, they need to feel welcomed. it's also not very pleasant when the receptionist treats the parents like shes doing them a favor by talking to them. customer service!!!! respect.
