I took my daughter to this dental office a while ago & refuse to go back. The dentist was not the problem, the front staff was. Not only did they NOT get my consent to use Nitrous Oxide on her but they tried to charge me for it too since my insurance doesn't cover it. I was pissed! Dental insurance doesn't cover much to begin with & to be told I needed to pay for something I NEVER authroized...yeah right. Needless to say, I did not pay for the treatment she received - not my fault if the staff can't do their job correctly the first time. I will find another pediatric dentist, thank you very much.
