Dr. Jelmini is a knowledgeable and caring dentist. He is also very amiable and patient with children. I unfortunately could not continue with him for several reasons. As a previous reviewer mentioned, there was a woman on his staff who I found to be rude and condescending. To be fair, there was also a a very kind and professional office manager. But In my opinion, his staff in general was unprofessional. In addition to the rude woman, there were a few young women who seemed to be too immature to be doing that kind of work. When I asked some questions about my children's treatment, for example, they became excessively polite but in a irritated tone of voice. This is my subjective experience, of course, but I did not feel welcome in that office. Another thing I did not like is that they have a rule forbidding parents from entering the treatment area while the children are being treated. When I questioned this policy, it greatly upset the office staff.
