My son was treated by Dr. Friedman on multiple occasions, and although nobody likes pain, the overall experiences were positive. Dr. Friedman and his staff were equally wonderful in their manner and explanations and instructions. My son was never scared by Dr. Friedman (he has been scared of others though) and he is just like a grandpa with the kids. They had toys in the waiting room and books to read and color, and fun dentistry story books. Dr. Friedman always gave us a "relaxing" pill for before procedures (my son had some extractions, fillings and a pulpotomy) and very clear instructions for afterward. Also, the front office staff (I think her name is Linda or Karen, sorry , I forgot) was very personable and accomodating. I really have never met a nicer dentist than Dr. Friedman. The only sad thing--our insurance cuts off the approval of using him (a specialist) after age 7. I know that I took my daughter there years ago, she is 17 now, but, I can't remember what work she had done, just that it was a very nice office and great work!
