Took two of my children for cleanings and once for a filling. They have a system to make appointments online, but it is useless. I would schedule an appointment online. Then the day before they sent an email saying that they couldn't do the appointment. I was asked to call or send an email to re-schedule. The email bounced. When I called, I got extreme attitude that I somehow screwed up and that I would need to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment. So what is the point of making an online appointment? I wouldn't think much if that only happened once, but something similar happened all 4 times I made appointments. If they were the slightest bit apologetic I might not have taken my business elsewhere.
Dr. Baker is fine. Nothing great. Nothing bad. Just not worth putting up with his staff or front office procedures for it. Find someone else.
