Dr. Buyama was very negative with my child who was VERY scared of dentist and office. I realize he was not being cooperative however if Dr. Buyama and staff had been a little more patient and kind, perhaps his view of dentists wouldn't be so bad now as he is TERRIFIED of all of them. He is only 4 years old and needs better patience than "Hold him down" and telling me it will take two adults (myself and grandma) to hold all of his limbs while he crabs at the child "You don't want this to hurt you?" I would be scared too!
