At no time did I feel that my child was in danger or receiving medical treatment that was not appropriate. My only complaint is in the lack of bedside manor and individual attention provided. It turned both my wife and I off to Andrew Weisenfeld when neither he nor his staff ever introduced themselves to either of us or our son on either of the occasions we where there with our child. They followed this up by seldom making any attempt to explain to my son what was happening next, minimal discussion of treatment options with us, and Dr. Weisenfeld would just slip off before you could ask any questions about treatment or home care.
If you are looking for a dental practice with a factory assembly line approach to treatment, then Weisenfeld may be your perfect dentist. But my family will not be returning.
