I went to Dr. Yee to repair work done by Western Dental. He replaced a front enamel crown. About a year later while getting another dental procedure, I was told that the margin was off and my insurance no longer covered Dental. I went to a dental school who told me the same thing and put it in writing. I brought this evidence to Dr. Yee who said that he would refund the money to the insurance co. which would not help as they no longer do this sort of thing. He further stated that if he were to do it again that he could do no better than he did originally. In order to save this tooth I must have this crown replaced for the third time. Furthermore I must sue in small claims to get the funds to pay for it.
About Hygienist: most other aspects of this office were OK, the hygienist took two failed x-rays leaving the doctor to do it.
