The dentist is not bad but I stopped going because of how poorly the office is ran. Each time I went, there was a 30 to 45 minute wait time. My frustration of the wait time was so much that I stopped going after 2 visits. After 2 years of not going to his office I received a bill. I left a messages with the billing dept for clarification and never got a return call. After several attempts I finally got someone on the phone but they were not very helpful. I even requested that the dentist himself give me a call so I could express my dissatisfaction and I am stil waiting for a return call from him. I do not have a problem paying any outstanding debt I just can not believe that I have not been contacted sooner that 2 years. Why didn't they bill my dental insurance?
