I have never met Dr. Asarch, but have taken my 2 children to his Austell office of "Children's Dentistry" & seen 2 of his associates. I was very disappointed on both visits & will not return. The office insisted we go the 1st time for a teeth cleaning/xrays at 1:30PM because we were new patients. I asked if there was any other time possible we could go--evening, weekend, etc so the kids would not miss school, but were told no, that was the latest time they took new patients. So, we went there on time and then sat in the waiting room until after 3:30! They did not call and say they were running behind. Next, even though they were in network, they did not accept my insurance payment as paid in full and tacked on a bunch of extras fees, that my other dentists never did. A teeth cleaning and x-rays are included in my insurance but somehow they managed to bill me an extra $46 anyway. My son needed a filling and 3 sealants. I made another appt, missed more school. The dentist started to drill his tooth without novacaine, & when I questioned her she got all defensive saying she had been a dentist for 5 years & if I did not trust her maybe I should find another dentist to do the work. She stopped the work & did not fill the cavity!
