We're happy with everything about this office EXCEPT the crowns on our daughter's front teeth. We were told that they would look "different than her original teeth",but the actual result was "drastically different and unrecognizable". She had STRAIGHT teeth before the procedure was done. She ended up with this: http://i1249.photobucket.com/albums/hh519/savoir80/toddlertoothcapbeforeafter.jpg We were told that the Dr. was dealing with limited time due to the anesthesia, limitations to the crown manufacturer's size capabilities, and the actual tooth left after the decay was removed, which we can understand. That doesn't explain how he could have applied the crowns crooked! We are grateful that her teeth were saved,but we don't get why it seems like there was almost NO precaution to preserve the integrity of the original aesthetics of her teeth. We could live with the gap if the crowns were at LEAST applied straight. We were told that this was the "best he could do" and that "Pediatric crowns are tough. Not a lot of dentists will do it". We can clearly see why now! It's a relief that the anesthesia process was performed without a hitch with zero side affects and that the teeth will eventually fall out! (Hopefully soon!)
