I was pleased with the staff and the experience until the receptionist handed my 3 year old daughter a stack of business cards and told her to give them to her friends... And of course, my dutiful three year old was "gung ho" about it. I, of course did not allow it, nor did I feel it was a very professional action from that staff member.
I was a bit concerned that another staff member was "selling me dental services" rather than explaining my options for filling my daughter's cavity!
