Dr. Mills has great chair side manners is exremely pleasant and knowledgeable and caring of his patients. He is also extremely experienced and up to date on almost all new procedures. His application of Novacaine is second to none (practically painless). When he needs to refer for some procedures you will get the highest quality referal. My only concern is on a complicated procedure he sometimes tends to be a bit to hurried probably due to a busy office. You want full attention for a very difficult procedure. As in most busy offices you might want to schedule early to get the Dentist or Doctor at his/her best. Overall, you can't go wrong with this dentist, I've had a long history with Randolph. Higly recommended.
