We had a bad experience with a previous dentist and my daughter was very scared at our returning visit to Dr. Parcel (as she had seen another dentist due to the poor customer service from Dr. Parcel's office). They did not attempt to work with her at all. They did not smile or try to cheer her or reassure her that everything is alright. They just refused to treat her. Stating something about my daughter making it impossible for them to service her. I was very hurt, as we had been clients for over 2 years. They never smiled or greeted us or treated us nicely before, but we always got the work done. It's like every day is a bad day there.
