My family and I have been treated by Dr. Tong and his staff for over a year. He is a very friendly doctor and good with children. I have been unhappy with prolonged waiting room times that exceed 40 minutes. It seems that two and three patients are booked at the same time. Also, I have been receiving orthodontic treatment, and he has had to move my brackets two more times since the original placement. Still, my teeth aren't moving in the right direction. I believe it is due to his fast pace........not spending enough time with his patients. For this reason, I have moved my business where my children are concerned to another pediatric dentist.
