We went for my son's first appointment this past week. He was very anxious, but the hygenist did a fabulous job of making him feel more comfortable. She was pleasant and spoke to him appropriately for his age as she explained everything she was going to do. She even let him handle some of the instruments.
Dr. Bhanot came in later to check his teeth. She was very pleasant and approachable. The front desk was also very nice.
