My one criticism is that I feel that the office is perhaps overly aggressive with its treatment. For instance, the Dr. felt my daughter had teeth that would lend themselves to cavities and wanted me to bring her in every three months in order to have her get used to the dentist chair. We don't have dental insurance and this ended being a very expensive proposition. On top of it, a year went by and she still didn't have the cavities that the Dr. predicted. Finally, the Dr. recommended we fill some teeth, but strangely it seemed more a preventative measure than an actual cavity. On the plus side the office and the staff are great.
They have a lot of bells and whistles and they certainly like to use them. But sometimes I think the bells and whistles defy common sense.
