This office is totally unprofessional. I took my 3 yr old to her first dentist appointment and they had no technique with helping kids adjust to the experience no video, no dolls nothing just open you mouth. The guy at the front desk had on a t shirt and jeans never said hi or anything just asked for my id and insurance card very rude. Dr. Parker wasn't very kid friendly either very "dry". I canceled my appointment for the next visit and of course they sent me a bill for a missed appointment not surprise they are not competent enough to cancel appointment. Now I have to call up there and get it rectified I can only imagine how this will go.
