Dr. Parker has been a good dentist, but some of her staff is very unprofessional and have shown to have poor attitudes towards clients and service. I once waited 2 or 3 days for a callback for an emergency appointment, and the woman who called was very difficult to work with and was argumentative, short tempered, quick-tongued, and exhibited a very 'ghetto' attitude when trying to schedule appointments. As a result, I will not be returning to Dr. Parker's office because of the way that I have been treated by her staff. Dr. Parker should hire staff that treat clients as if their job is to meet the patients' needs instead of their own need for convenience. If you don't want to work, quit, and allow others who would love to serve patients and treat them with respect the opportunity for a job. I've been to several doctor's offices throughout my lifetime and this one has been one of the worst in terms of patient service. Failing to accomodate patients and treating them as if you are doing them a favor is unacceptable to me, particularly when they are returning to your office for the third or fourth time because the dental fillings keep falling out of their child's teeth. Needless to say, I will not be back.
