I had a root canal done, when finished the doctor left to treat another patient without completing the procedure, the tooth was not sized up and they started to make a mold for the crown.He did not explain the procedure to me had to come back with more novacaine because it wore off and file the tooth down, saying it was my fault I did not bite down correctly, embarrassing me in front of people.The whole staff are bumbling idiots, completly rude, they've made many mistakes.they told me my insurance would pay for this procedure only not to submit the paper work, I called
The dentist, they admitted there error and told me not to pay the bill, without informing me they sent it to collections and then refused to do anymore work on my teeth until I payed the bill.Needless to say I left this dumbest dental office I've ever encounterd, who just lost thousands of dollars in dental work I was going to do.
