I had the worst experience here for my children. Kristina treated us terribly and raised her voice to my children as well as to us! She made my older child cry by yelling at him and then was unprofessional to us as well. She told him to stop crying and to sit there! She did not do anything to calm him down. He was older and she said stop crying like a baby! She has no business working with children, especially when she has no patience for them! The Doctor was extremely kind and was trying to talk to us but she still continued to yell at us, while we were trying to talk with the Doctor! I would not subject your children to abuse like this because of Kristina. There are many other pediatric dentists and I am sure noone treats your child so badly. I wish this dentist would think twice before hiring rude and abusive assistants like Kristina. My child cried all night saying how rude that nurse (assistant) was. He did a great job, but she literally gave the entire practice a bad name.
