After a very bad experience with a dentist named dr. Steeg located on crescent st LIC I did not not know where to turn , every other dentist I went to see after the : failed bridges, cracked teeth from bad root canals, bone loss etc (all within a matter of 1year) all made me feel like my mouth was a lost cause. I got very depressed and stopped seeking treatment as my dental health was progressively getting worste . One fine day my "temporary lower anterior bridge" cracked and I had to find a dentist to do "patch work" as was the dentistry I had encountered beginning with Dr Steeg and the others that followed. All I hoped for was a piece of acrylic pasted on as a temporary measure so I could chew. I opened up the yellow pages and came across University Dental , Dr Barry Silverman and his staff welcomed me and assured me that I had options in getting proper dental treatment in spite of the severe bone loss I had suffered. He and his staff went to work right away. 1 week later I have a beautiful , comfortable fitting temporary bridge ,
He restored my faith in dentistry and I look forward to the next phase of his treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr Silverman and every single one of his staff members
