Dr. Beth Forman and her staff are wonderful! They were supportive with every process from cleanings to fillings. They informed me of all my options with each treatment and were very upfront and fair about their pricing. I recently moved out of state and I'm sad that Dr. Forman is no longer my dentist. I highly reccomend her and her staff for any of your dental needs!!!
