My child was born with a tooth and I had him check her out. I brought my son to his office for about 3 years and was not happy with the experience. He does not allow parents to go into room with the children. Which is stressful for parent and children. I have since found a different pediatric dentist that I am extremely happy with and I get to go in with my children and they are very personable and so nice. And this new place has built a relationship with my children and Dr. Pettit did not do that with them for the 3 visits they did have there. My visits were never submitted to my insurance company and I had to go through a lot to get them to submit a claim to them. In the end I my children no longer see this Dentist.
About Front Desk: Front desk ladies were very personable.
