Dr. Oldak engaged my son in conversation getting to know him, his likes and dislikes, even joking with him, before he even inserted an instrument in his mouth.
Before he began he explained exactly what he was going to do in terms that my 6 y.o. son would understand. He always asked permission and whether or not my son was ready before he moved on to the next step.
He's an amazing Dentist!
