As a mother of child with Special Needs, it was extremely hard to find a dentist who had the patience and knowledge to deal with a child like mine. She was very combative, intitially, and Dr. Maccaro took full-charge, and was able to succesfully treat my daughter's severe dental needs. He was so great, that I decided to bring her older sister, who does not have Special Needs, to his office for her orthodontic treatment. It is, by far, the most caring, kind group of staff members that I have come across as a mother. I highly recommend Dr. Maccaro!
