The problem I have with this dentist is really with her tooth-cleaner (oral hygenist?). The woman talks incessantly about nothing. She said that I needed some special cleaning procedure that would be expensive and that I would, forever more, need to have the special procedure done. When she mentioned this to the dentist, the dentist just blinked and then said okay (without looking in my mouth). When I called about a cleaning appointment, the receptionist said that they would not do an ordinary cleaning because this hygenist had said I needed this special procedure. I floss and brush every day and, in my opinion, the hygenist/dentist were more interested in the potential dollars than in doing what was best for me.
