worst practice every. the shortest wait I had for an appointment was 17 minutes after the scheduled time. Does not sound like a big deal, but if you show up 10 minutes early, and you are packed in a tiny waiting room with a bunch of other small children it might as well be an eternity. Also, it seems as though they just blow through the process. questions that I was asked over and over again could easily have been answered if they just looked at her record. On second thought maybe they would not have seeing that they failed to record certain allergy information. on my daughters fifth (or sixth) visit to bay pediatric, we finally "met" Diana Krykos, however, we did not know it was her because she did not even bother to introduce herself. overall, I hear nothing but rave reviews about this dentist. while there, people sound tickled pink to be there. For me though, it has been the worst, most unprofessional, experience I have ever had with a dental service provider.
