I used to go to the previous dentist at this address before Dr. Softley bought the practice. So I never had a reason to change, and continued to have my dental work done by Dr. Softley,with that work ranging from porcelain crowns to general fillings. Until one day I was in for a routine visit, and at which time the hygienist asked the doctor to double check something. (Which took all of 45 seconds!) He then billed me an additional $50 for the 45 seconds. I feel that was in very bad taste and told them so. They never apologized or refunded my money. Lets just say I will never return back to that doctor.
