They are very unprofesssional and I had the billing lady tell me the day of my kids appointment that they weren't going to be able to treat them due to a bill that was sent to collection in 2006. When we brought the kids to the office they never looked over the paperwork and told me anything about a bill. The office manager then proceeded to tell me it was my fault although I never received any letters or phone calls stating there was a bill from the past. Then I call you the day of and thats when I find out my kids aren't going to be seen and somehow that is my fault when I was never even made aware of the issue. I think they handled the situation poorly and unprofessionally and because of that my kids will never be seen here again. They mishandle paperwork and can't even do the bare minimum which is call to let the people know. If that was the case why even see them when they came in if there was an outstanding bill. They will definitely be turned over to the BBB if they are registered with them and I plan to file a formal complaint as well.
