The office staff is unprofessional and could care less whether you return. They will actually laugh at you when you tell them to cancel your appointment because you are going to find another dentist due to their actions. This is unfortunate because I and my son liked Dr. Lee and his hygienists. I could not recommend a doctor whose entire staff does not respect the patient. My time is limited as most people's is and it should be valued. I think some doctors forget they don't have a job without the patient and their office staff could really hurt them.
